We are excited and proud to announce that Shared Trade is now open and available online. The site officially launched on October 10, and since then, nearly 1,000 women have been supported through sales and expanded outreach.
“It’s a sacrifice for me to give these gifts. But it’s a great cause. I’ve been the recipient of others’ sacrifice, and I want to give that now too,” she said.
In addition to the launch, we also held our MarketPlace, hosting Nashville friends as well as participants at Thistle Farms’ second annual conference. It lasted two and a half days, and all the proceeds went directly to Shared Trade’s partner organizations.
Carmen Mojica, Program Director for the Clare Community, told us about her organization’s relationship with Shared Trade since we began working together.
“Gifts for the Journey, a ministry of Franciscan Peacemakers, is delighted to be partners in Shared Trade because it helps create solidarity with other organizations and ultimately with women across the globe,” she said. “As we work together to help raise women and families out of poverty, they in turn help create stronger communities.”
To celebrate our launch, we are offering you free shipping through the end of October. Use code: Welcome. Be sure to check out all of the products now available on sharedtrade.org.

Love heals women, one day at a time; and, love heals family relationships, one day at a time.Thistle Farms is the miracle that my daughter Rachel needed coming out of prison having lost everything in her life. The miracle she needed provided a safe place for recovery from almost 20 years of substance abuse and addiction -- years of treatment, recovery and relapse.
